Worst Shopping Experience

It was my worst shopping experience of my life and will not buy anthing from stationeria again. I will not recommend this company to my friends and students. I ordered two aluminium clip boards and they sent me plastic clip boards which are much cheaper than aluminium clipboards. And plastic clipboards were cracked due to bad packaging. I complained to customer service. They asked me to send picture which I did with shipping label which states aluminium clip boards. I never got any response from the company after that.
